Emerald

The term emerald comes from the Greek "smaragdos", but its original meaning is unclear. There are also no synonyms.

It is found in India, Zambia, South Africa, Tanzania, Brazil, Colombia, Austria and Russia.

The colour in clear crystals is emerald green, grass green, yellowish to greyish green.
