Larger quantities of the coveted healing stone sugilite can only be found in South Africa,
in the Kalahari Desert, at the Wessels Mine.
There the sugilite appears in deep purple, coarse masses or rock veins.
Usually these masses are banded or
Mixture of sugilite and other minerals like brownite (black),
Pectrolite (grey), barite (white) and chalcedony (blue)
Occasionally you can find Sugilith also in India or Japan
Sugilith is a popular gemstone, but is also firmly established as a healing stone.
It helps to solve conflicts, stands for consequence and helps with fears
